Welcome to Roko English. By downloading, installing, or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Roko English, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Roko English is an English vocabulary learning application that provides educational content, games, and learning tools. Some features may require in-app purchases or subscriptions.
3. User Accounts
You may create an account to save your learning progress. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- You can manage or cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
- No refunds are provided for any unused portion of a subscription period.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
- Share your account with others
- Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Roko English are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed from our servers.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
